Mission statement
​
I will continue to develop levels of understanding, intercommunication, and reach plateaus beyond the criteria in ability, experience, and knowledge.

Artist statement
​
“Once upon a desert bleak, while I sketch, contour line and ink,
Rummaging through the morgue and light box glow,
When I burn the midnight oil, by the recharging of the Apple…”

I can’t say that my art is different than anyone else’s, but I try to use lots of color. I believe that the use of color has a distinct impact on the people we love and come in contact with. I have experimented extensively with many different media and have brought it down to a few based upon time and expense. The am technically trained as an artist in many field of fine art, graphic arts, and drafting. I was told that maybe one should specialize, but I believe you will be more valuable if you can do many disciplines very well.
I have found this to be true. I have been working as a Senior Designer/Art Director for twenty years with success. I wish to continue this trend. I enjoy anything and everything about creativity. Professionally I have the ability to turn it on it a second. Evaluating the project and analytically and systematically from start to finish go through the process from conception to completion. This is a valuable tool when I am in a working environment. I am definitely a self-starter and can go into any work arena and hit the ground running. I am inspired by many things such as the small guy that make huge wave despite the odds. This is tremendously inspiring. My work has move inside and out, up and down to evolve as I am evolving.

Many have an influence on the journey but some have a lasting impact and come from unlikely places. Some are not welcome but are undeniably sound in the logic. Finally, fine art and design give great pleasure, freedom, and purpose. It transcends and infects all other genres and makes the special people that much better.
